With Kiala, deliveries have flat rates, as long as the maximum weight and size is not exceeded.

Delivery point
You choose your own Kiala delivery point at which you would like to pick-up your parcel. Find a Kiala point
Kiala offers fast delivery of your parcels to a convenient collection point. The delivery process to these nearby stores is supported by a unique and brand new technology platform that ensures a very high quality service.
An attractive price
Your package is delivered at a competitive price. Kiala costs less than a home delivery most of the time.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel has arrived in the Kiala Point, you are immediately notified by phone, SMS or e-mail. You can track your parcel online on the Kiala website. www.kiala.be
You have 14 days to pick up your parcel. Beyond this 14 day period the parcel will automatically be returned to us, further costs may be applied.
Returns
If your parcel does not meet the sales requirements, within 7 days you may inform us via e-mail concerning the problem with your parcel, your request will be examined by our Cutomer Service. In the case of acceptance in the return of your parcel, the return postage is always at the cost of the client. Due to the Expiration Date, orders with foodstuff products may not be retuned (For further information, see ART.10 in the General Terms of Sale).
